I am trying to replace a coil balance in my window. The company that produced it was called LBL windows in the Pacific Northwest and is no longer in business. This is a pic of a pivot assembly for one of my upstairs windows. It consists two parts with each 1.25" wide, 5/8" thick and overall length of 4". Can you please provide me with the correct replacement. I will need 4 sets and the windows are 16 lbs each. Thankyou for your assistance. ... (cont.)

My constant force springs broke in this window, and I'm trying to find the part to replace both sides.

Shown here are two parts, the top latch and the return spring. I need 4 of the return springs, and 8 (4 left 4 right) of the top latches.Can you identify these for me? Do you have them in stock. Of so, what will be my cost for this order?Thank You, Gail

I have several windows where the metal spring has broken on the balance. Attached are pictures of one from a window where the spring isn't broken. Are you able to identify what type I should order?

These both came off a rental house window, the part that keeps the sash locked in a vertical position is 4" tall, 1" wide and 7/16" deep from front to back. Not sure where to find these balancers, window will not go up without force and only opens approximately 4". Please help.

What is the correct part # to order? This is a two coil balance. Size is 1 1/4 x 9/16.

the existing is a duel and has a 10 marking on each piece. The foot cam broke out of the existing. It measures 9/16 x 1 1/4". Thank You Mike
