I have a double hung window 33"x47" and the top section has a broken surface mounted tilt latch and the bar that goes into the valance is also looks bent. the Valance spring also appears to be broken. These are for a small 24"x36" DH. I would say approximately 15-20 years old. They are 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/2" long. I have a pic.

I need 2 right hand side latches and 2 left hand latches.Also 2 pairs of the window balancers. I dont see any numbers or regerences on the parts.Thanks, Rubiel

Top coil is a 6lb, bottom is a 7. Patent # is 5353548

Hello I'm trying to replace a broken tandem coil spring balance. Overall it seems to be 3-7/8" long, by 1-3/16" wide. There also is a number on case: PAT 5,353,548 One of the coils is stamped with 5 KC, the other with 7 13W. The weight of the wash is 21.6 lbs.
