please help identify

Need parts for American Standard 50 series window

I am hoping you can identify this part. The track holding the ballast is very narrow and will need to be pry open to replace.

Hi, I have American Craftsman 8500 series double hung windows. I need 2 sets of coil balances (left and right) and mounting brackets for 2 bottom sashes which each weigh 15 pounds.
