Hi, I need replacement right and left window balances for a jeldwen vinyl double hung window. They say 8R and 8L. Please let me know if you have these. Thank you, Anthony

Need to identify the parts I need to replace. Coils on both sides seem fine may just have disconnected from the balance. I am pulling them out tomorrow just want to get a head start if I need to replace any of them.

The part that is needed is to replace two broken lower pivot bars - the pic I sent is a broken bar that I taped but is broken between the two mounting holes I took two more pictures one of the shoe from the broken window and one from a shoe with a window with intact pivot bars. Hello. my window was installed in 1998 & does not have a cutout in the window track. How do I remove that entire assembly? Do I cut the track? With what tool? That would be CHOPPY. I earlier found, in your Q/A, a post from 2011 that describes our same problem, but cannot reference it this evening. Problem is with the lower sash, 25"Hx31"W, approx. 15lbs, tilt-out.
