Need replacement left and right jamb sash shoes for Silverline 8500 window

The part that is needed is to replace two broken lower pivot bars - the pic I sent is a broken bar that I taped but is broken between the two mounting holes I took two more pictures one of the shoe from the broken window and one from a shoe with a window with intact pivot bars. Hello. my window was installed in 1998 & does not have a cutout in the window track. How do I remove that entire assembly? Do I cut the track? With what tool? That would be CHOPPY. I earlier found, in your Q/A, a post from 2011 that describes our same problem, but cannot reference it this evening. Problem is with the lower sash, 25"Hx31"W, approx. 15lbs, tilt-out. I am looking for the correct coil balance for two of my Traci windows. Coil is 1/2 inch wide. Window weight 10 pounds.

Both, the bottom and top Have patent number 5353548 Stamped on them. The coil itself, Has either a nine or six Stamped on it.

I am looking for a window pivot lock as seen in the pic. I searched your website and can't find one that matches. This is on a Reynolds window. When I attempt to pivot the window, the pivot bar bends and it pops out of the window pivot. Thanks!
