I am looking for a window pivot lock as seen in the pic. I searched your website and can't find one that matches. This is on a Reynolds window. When I attempt to pivot the window, the pivot bar bends and it pops out of the window pivot. Thanks!

I need to replace my window coil. The window is 21 lbs. The coil housing has the number 7 written on it and the coil currently installed is 1/2" wide. Which coil balance would I need to purchase in order to fix my window?

I need to replace the coil spring balances in my American Craftsman ( Home Depot) windows from 9/2002. I measured the width and best I can read is they are .530" in width. They are 7 pound springs. What would be the best fit balances? Thanks George

The coil balance spring on one side of the window separated from the pivot shoe. The Window was purchased from Homedepot about 9 years ago. It looks to be an American Craftsman 50 series window. We are trying to fix this window which does not go up & down. you can slide it up but then some strong object or sturdy glass bottle has to be used to prop it up.
