Looking for a balance pivot for an unknown brand window. The pivot has the numbers 7 and 10 on it. One was damaged - Img 1503. Img 5012 is an undamaged balance. Hi. The spring broke in my double hung window. The pictures show the part including the upper clear plastic piece. It may be hard to see but the spring has "5JJ" stamped on it. Hangout.

Pat# 5.353.548 for one of the balances. Both window balances are broken. The single metal band is snapped in half on both sides.
