15-087 Coil Housing Pivot

I need to replace the coil spring balances in my American Craftsman ( Home Depot) windows from 9/2002. I measured the width and best I can read is they are .530" in width. They are 7 pound springs. What would be the best fit balances? Thanks George

The coil balance spring on one side of the window separated from the pivot shoe. The Window was purchased from Homedepot about 9 years ago. It looks to be an American Craftsman 50 series window. We are trying to fix this window which does not go up & down. you can slide it up but then some strong object or sturdy glass bottle has to be used to prop it up. need you help figuring out what parts I need. windows don't stay open. you can see the coils have separated on right side of window also it doesn't seem the window wants to come out. can you tell from these pictures if the window is removable or is it possible it tilts but doesn't come out? th ... I have a TR 4300 window and recently when reframing the window the internal components along with the coil were damaged. Can you confirm what parts I should order to replace it all?

Looking for a balance pivot for an unknown brand window. The pivot has the numbers 7 and 10 on it. One was damaged - Img 1503. Img 5012 is an undamaged balance.
