15-087 Coil Housing Pivot

The tabs at the bottom of the window broke off into the slides. How do I get replacement slides and tabs? How do I replace both? Any ideas would be appreciated.

My handyman took these pics, no numbers or markings provided. Both "coil springs" (at least that's what I call them) are broken in this window. Do these come in different sizes? All I have is the window measurements (but I doubt that will help), and these pics ? By the way, we met at S ... (cont.)

I bought these 15-087 : Coil Housing Pivots for Gorell double hung windows that were installed 13yrs ago. The balancers have been replaced several 6-8 times in that time and the whole window replaced once trying to solve this issue. Would the balancer with the second section 15-086 work for a repl ... I ordered 4 - S180-5 for my Traco windows but I'm not sure they are the correct weight after comparing the new one with the old coil. I included a picture of the old coil with a stamp on it with a large number 5 and in smaller type, 37w. There is also a picture of the coil housings. The last pict ... (cont.)

By the looks of the pics I submitted, I believe I need (2) 15-087, (2) S180-5. Am I suppose to have 15-086 installed as well together with 15-087, or is 15-087 is all that I need to replace if I did not see the 15-086 when I took the sash out. these are the 2 items I need help with. One is a side latch The other part is a part that keeps the window opened. Now, I have a spring that came out of the plastic case and the door will not stay in open position.

my window doesn't stay up. it has coil balance shoe. The spring has broken. I would like to replace the broken shoe. However I can't remove the sash from window frame by tilt the sash 90 degree. the shoe has no open top. How can I replace the broken show? Thanks
