I need to find the plastic "T" window catch shown in the pictures. It is supposed to have a "J" book at the bottom that has broken off. This has occurred on over a dozen of our windows. Need 20 channel balances. The metal is 26" long and has a "26F BSI TV" stamp at the clip end. Balance does not have any guide or other mechanism on the ends other than the spring clip attached to the string. The channel is 1/2" square, flat backed except at spring end it is scalloped in. Hello, I have a 26" channel balance and there is only the markings of 26 5 and BSI as the manufacturer. There isn't an A, B, C, etc. The actual window size is 25 1/4 x 30 3/4 (double pane). From this information can you tell me which replacement balance I need to purchase?

Hello, I'm trying to see if you could help me replace hardware that I cannot find. I'm not clear on what the part numbers are for the hardware but I will do my best. I can not find a name or number on the window itself. The piece has some numbers that are very hard to see and look more like patent numbers if they are anything. Thanks for your help Regards Bill

Hi, one of my tilt window channel balances broke apart. I think I need to order one of your 795s but I wanted to confirm first.
