Looking for part # for 2 each 26" x 1/2" channel locks and window balnce

I need a replacement 26" channel balance for a Pella Impervia fiberglass double hung window. The stamping is 26C BSI . The shoe is 1" wide and slightly under 5/8" thick. The mount is a hook. The internals is a combo spring/block/tackle Do you sell it? If so, how much and how long wait time? ... (cont.)

I have a broken balancer bar for a Stanley tilt out window. It look like one of the rivot pieces broke out as well as plastic clip at the top. Stamp on the bar says 26-5. I am not sure what bar to get to replace this

Hello, the 2 balances on one of my windows broke. They are the type that have a string with a metal hook that slides in at the top of the casing. I've taken a photo of one and it is stamped "26C". Can you help find a replacement?

Hello! We recently purchased 2 - 26" Series 795 Channel Balance but the one end does not fit our window condition. Order number 3112935. The attached images show the balance we need. What is the correct balance we need and can we exchange the ones we bought?

Wanting to make sure I order the right part. My pivot shoes look different than ones on your site also. My balance string is held by a screw on top of window frame.

We replaced broken shoes with part 15-236 but the windows are still difficult to close and ended up snapping the shoes again. We would like to try replacing the entire balance and shoe. Window mm-ch 140060 007 January 2008 spring D16Q CMC 23-7 20B and 26B

The plastic shoes on both sides broke and the window is no longer attached to the balances. The only writing on the balance arm is "26B"
