Can I get the 795 series with a clip on the top end? I need 2 of them and some tilt latches. 26b BSI is the stamp. It's 26" long and 9/16" wide

I have a couple questions. First, can you refer me to a how to video on installing the boot that holds the spring. Second the plastic on the top of the window that slides out keeps breaking. 1/2" wide at top, 1 1/4" wide at bottom, and approx 1 3/4" in height but the top is broken off. I'll attach ... (cont.)

Hi My balance seems to have diffirent window attachment mechanism than the one shown here. it uses a clip instead of a screw in at the top. Do you have something like this?

We have the same one, but with a hook. Do you have a counter balance for that?

Is there any way you supply these balances and shoes? They are probably from 2004 and maybe Pella Windows. They are all pretty much going bad due to the plastic shoe being brittle and breaking there are nine Windows total with four balances a piece
