House in Virginia, built in 2006, several balances broken on vinyl windows. Part # on balance looks like 28C Rd BS1. It is 28" long. Top & bottom sash are about 30" high x 32.5 wide. As you can see I need this size with the top clip and green shoes 1 inch. looking at 34 total this size and 2 more would be 34b bsi I know we could use the s795 but then we would have to make screw holes in all the windows

These are 26" spring slides with C marking and hook top. I am using your 15-236 cam shoes which are working well. The closest thing I can find to replace the spring slide is a S795-26. I need to order four (4) S795-26B balances with 15-198 Clip attached.

Ideally I'd like to just replace the shoe. I included a picture of the balance so I could also get info on that in the event in need to replace the whole thing.

Stamping on balancer reads 26C BSI TH. The sash fell down. I was able to extract the right balance assembly which seems to be intact (not sure), and the left balance is stuck in the top half of the window track. Not sure which parts to order or exactly how to replace.
