Hello! I need 2 of these window balances along with the attached shoes. The number inscribed on it are "28C" and "BSI"

28" window balance/sash please let me know if this is what is needed.

The inscription on the channel is 28C BSI. But not sure what kind of shoes would it need. I believe the shoe is broken in our case but the channel seems to be fine.

Sash on the left is original to the window and the sash to the right on the picture was order on your website. Issue I have is the hook at the end on the new one will not work.The lock boot and replacement window will work but the issue is the clip at the end. Can someone help me with this issue?For ... Hello,I recently purchased 10 28" Series 795 channel balances (28C) and they came with a tab at the top whereas my windows have a hole for a hook. Apparently the shoe on one of the two window balances has broken and is no longer in the channel. It probably broke during use by the previous owners of the house. The local building supply company who supplied the windows when the house was built has not responded to my request for a replacement pa ... (cont.)

Balances in windows on home in SC built in 2000. No markings on glass, sash, sills nowhere. Upper sash doesn't move. Slides up and down and can open inwards and be removed. Thank you for any help in finding replacement balances.
