S795-28 28" Series 795 Channel Balance

Balances in windows on home in SC built in 2000. No markings on glass, sash, sills nowhere. Upper sash doesn't move. Slides up and down and can open inwards and be removed. Thank you for any help in finding replacement balances.

Looking for 32" and 28" replacement for block and tackle style balance.

I believe I need to replace this whole window balance. The part for the tilt in window snapped on both sides. The metal part of the balance is 27.5 inches tall and 1/2 inch wide. Thank you for your help!

I have a 2008 NV Homes townhouse with 2 identical Patriot windows in which the right-hand side pivot lock shoe broke. The latch on one of the windows is also broken. My part has "28E" engraved on the outside of the channel. I believe this is the 765 but your description says the top is a screw in type clip. the holder that goes in the wall jam reads pat*810108 the back of the window balance reads 28C and that is it, no 4 digit code anywhere on it. i have no clue who the window manufacture was either. They were installed in this house in 2008

I have 2 windows that are in rough shape. 1 balancer on either side has a broken string. I think it would be best to get all new hardware for both windows. Are these photos sufficient to find out exactly what I would need?

i need to replace several of these balancers. They are 28.5 inches long. The plastic on them has deteriorated and they no longer work.
