I'm hoping you can help determine what the part I need. I have a bunch of broken ones.

These are parts from 20-year-old window which are broken. the only information that I can find about the window is an etching on the glass...possibly AFG is the manufacturer. I have windows that need new balancers they are until wonder ful. They appear to be 28 and 1/2 in long and from what I seen on your website the ones I need are discontinued. Can we see about replacing them with something that is available? Thank you, Warren

i am trying to find the right part to replace this 28" window balance

most of my double hung tilt in windows have broken balances. The metal assembly is pulled away from the T channel stop. The channel balance in my 2008 Pella vinyl replacement window came apart. I was able to easily remove the 28B channel, but the T-lock shoe remains in the side channel of the window frame. (See image) There doesn't seem to be enough clearance to pivot the shoe to allow removal. 1. What is the replac ... (cont.)

I have a circular hole. What do I use to for that? The 26-200 Screw Plug is the wrong shape.

In the images, I included the failed pivot lock shoe part number 6.679.000,4.610.108,D467.490 I read that those parts are no longer made. It appears a window channel balance has broken. After looking at your web site I believe the 28" S795 option D might resolve my broken channel balance. We have a window that doesn't stay open. We were able to get this channel balance out. It is rusted and broken. The only markings we see are 28D BSI R6/RG? We are looking to replace both sides of the window. Could you please direct us to which part/parts to order.Thank you, Jeff

I purchased several Pella double hung folding sash windows 10 years ago. Needing a balance the defective one I have has this number stamped on it. ( 28B BSIAN ) Do you have these very much appreciate it if you do. Thanks In Advance

Only description I see is 28C. Need to order a decent amount of them.

I have replaced several of these in my windows. The old kind and the new ones. The newer ones say read 28c.

It measures 28" long , by 1/2 " wide has along spring is 14" long and two pulleys. Do not know the window brand.
