S795-28 28" Series 795 Channel Balance

Metal channel is 28 inches long, part is marked "Unique 27-C-30". Nothing looks broken, but block and tackle mechanism with the string doesn't appear to work anymore. Have another window with similar parts, marked "Unique 27-B-20".

Attached are photos of the spring assembly I have. The assembly measures approximately 28". The windows are Jen Weld, but I do not know the series. The window size is 36" wide by 60" tall. Thank you.Rob

I have a project to renovate 117 townhouse units and I need to fix any window with balances that do not work. The balance has marks : BSI, RA and 28C. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

here is a picture of the original channel balance. You will have to enlarge it. The top channel balances are labeled 28-c. The bottoms are 26c. The hook has to fit into a hole in the trim behind The channel balance. inside a small hole in the trim.

I have attached photos of each end of a 28" x 9/16" balance. The only marking on the balance is 28C. Can you help identify an appropriate replacement? Can you recommend a pivot shoe that would work with this as well? The existing shoe is 1 1/4 x 9/16. Thanks

The windows are vinyl double hung and are about 18 years old, they tilt in and have 28C channel balance spring assembilies.It seems the locking shoes have deterioted over time on a number of the windows and should be replaced.
