28" with tilt No markings or numbers found

I am currently looking to replace three sets of Series 795 channel balances with 15-198 hooks and 15-194 shoes. Below are the balances I'm looking to order: S795-26 option 26C S795-28 option 28C S795-32 option 32C Please let me know if you'll need any other information from me.

The balance with the green part at the end is 27 1/2 inches from the top of the hook to the bottom of the plastic. The broken balance is 28 3/4 in (without the plastic endcap). The plastic part is 1 5/8 inches from the top to bottom. In case it's helpful I've added pictures of both balances next to ... (cont.)

Please help identify the replacement balance & pivot shoe for a Pella window. It is a 1/2" Block & Tackle Channel Balance that is 28" long With a marking of 28B BSI The pivot shoe has a patten # Stamp which is 4610108 & also Patten # 6,679,000. Approximately 1 3/16" wide & 3 1 ... (cont.)

The end of the balance has a fold which prevents this shoe from being installed. Pictures of the balance and comparing the height of the two shoes are attached. Do you have something like this, or is the next step replacing the balance assembly? The 15-194 is the correct width.
