Hello, I have a bottom sash on a Pella window that must have been broken in the past. The glass was replaced with a thicker glass so the bottom sash is now too heavy (slides about an inch down after opening) for the 28C balancers that are on it now. Numbers on spring cover is 28C BSI TH and on the busted clips D467490 The plastic clips that connect to the metal spring broke off due to East to West sun exposure. Do I need a whole new kit or can I just replace the busted plastic part.
