S795-32 32" Series 795 Channel Balance

My plygem windows T shoes have deteriorated, so I have to replace many. I first tried just tthe T shoe 15-194, which is very close to mine, but not exactly. It does not fit perfectly in to the existing channel balance, so I decided to buy a couple of channel balances to see how that goes. They come ... (cont.)

I need 32" Series 795 channel balances and am not sure about the option code on the existing balance - DB F02 3200 - see attached picture. I also need the 15-198 clips instead of the screw in tabs for the top. Can you help identify what I need to order?

I have a Double-hung window that I tried to remove the window and the balancer on one side broke. The hook at the top broke and when I tried to jury-rig a hook on the string, the string broke. I have the S795-32" channel balance. The space in the window where the hook goes is circle in shape. The stamp is 32C and the shoe appears to be part 15-194. I would like to order (2) balances.

T-Lock pics are my hardware. Pic From Web is the closest thing I can find to mine online, but cannot determine a supplier, part number or any info. Can you tell me what I need or something close that should work? I need to replace the shoes on 6 windows. Thanks!

I need to replace balances in unidentifiable window. I have found replacement pieces for the pivot shoe, bar, inverted link and clip that will match perfect, but I was hoping for some advice on actual balancer/spring. I am having trouble trying to find this replacement part. It screws in on the top and has this plastic part on the bottom where a pin on the sash goes in.
