S795-32 32" Series 795 Channel Balance

I've never seen the cover like what's at the top of the balance and I didn't open it up. Also, not sure why photos are sideways... Can you provide replacement balances?

Hi, I'm sending pics of my window balance. It's 9/16" wide, 32" long. The pulley number reads #10 The tilt pivot on the bottom reads PAT#4810108 (or could be #4610108). The channel has imprinted "33B BSI TH" The Shoe has imprinted "Pat #s 6,679,000 // 4,610,108 // D467,490" The clip at the top of the shoe gave way, releasing the channel/spring from the window sash. We have found one of our window channels were broken during a home inspection. The numbers on it are 32C OJ BSI.

Stamp on the balance is 32C. Have already repaired and replaced a couple; this one cannot be repaired.

Pivot bar 26-450 most closely matches dimensions of the pivot bars in my existing windows. Will the 26-450 pivot bar work with the 795-32C balance? I am using the 795 series because the 850 series is not available in the 32.5 inch size.

There are no descriptions on the counterbalance. I submitted a description to you Ref No. 7527760 on 5/12/2018; 1:55 pm. The counterbalance is 32" long. Is the cord and "Pin" (at end of cord) part of the whole counterbalance assembly you provide? That certainly would make replacement easier. ... (cont.)

I have a window in need of a new channel balance. Turns out the builder (Beazer) hid a repair and glued the top plastic pulley housing piece and fitted a non-riveted pin to hold the spring where it hooks to the bottom of the channel. This window sash promptly broke after we moved in almost 10 years ... (cont.)

I have windows with the 850 Block and Tackle style balances. However I need 28-1/2" and 32-1/2" long. I see you saying to use the 795 series. What is the width of the channel of the 795 series? Want to make sure it will fit in the space I have which is 1/2". Also looks like their phasing out the 850 ... (cont.)

Does the top of this balance have a clip that hooks into hole on top of window? Or does it take a screw on top to hold balance in place? I am looking for one with a clip. Please let me know. Is the SASH WEIGHT RANGE the weight of the window? I ask because the channel balances I've replaced all said 32C but the balance shoe keeps breaking (wish they weren't plastic). My window is heavier than the range of the 32C (if that's what the weight range means). Should I be ordering a differen ... (cont.)
