We have single hung, tilt MW windows with broken balances that need to be replaced. By our measurements it would appear that we need them about 32.5? long which you do not seem to have. Please see attached photos The numbers on the balancer are 32drabsI I believe it is a S795-32D and the top clip should be a 15-198. Weight is 29lb 8oz

Is the SASH WEIGHT RANGE the weight of the window? I ask because the channel balances I've replaced all said 32C but the balance shoe keeps breaking (wish they weren't plastic). My window is heavier than the range of the 32C (if that's what the weight range means). Should I be ordering a differen ... (cont.)

I need some channel balances. There are 2 different lengths, 1 is marked 28C BSI, the other is marked 32C BSI. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. I am the 2nd owner. I have attached 3 pics of my window block and tackle tilt assembly. The assembly is in great shape with the exception of the plastic piece on the end that rides in the window tract and allows the window to tilt. This unit is 32 inches in length. Thanks for your help in advance Art ... (cont.)

I am not sure of the window brand. The builder was using Atrium around the time our home was built.....as well as another brand. Patriot windows will not close to lock. Is there an adjustment to the balance rod or do they need to be replaced? If adjustable is there instructions on how? If they need to be replaced, do they come with instructions as well. The balance rod is 28c, window is code:pat rating NFRC,series NC1300/1400 ... (cont.)

This is a LoE, single hung, insulated, dual pane, vinyl window. We do not know the manufacturer. Window does not go up or stay up. Window is 69 inches long, 34 1/2 inches wide. these are metal/Springs about half an inch thick or five eights there are 32 inches tall and I've got plastic parts inside of them I just want to buy the whole spring and hook it back up
