I could not find any information from these windows. There is no label or serial number on the window. We purchased our house in 2007 from Orleans Homes, which later went bankruptcy. I have several Silverline single hung windows that have 1 lock balance shoe broken. All windows have channel balnces that are 35" tall. The spring mechanism is broken in most of our windows. The plastic parts have disintegrated. The windows themselves are fine.

47 in x 71 in single hung window (47 in x 35.5 each pane). The balances has the marking of 35E DN5 CMC. One of the balancers is broken and needs to be replaced.

I have a Patriot window that your Series 795 channel balance looks like a direct replacement for.
