S795-36 36" Series 795 Channel Balance

Hello- please help us ID our channel balance thingy please! The Martins

Balances are approximately 34 inches long with 1/2 inch channel. They are stamped with 34D BSI BT and 36D BSI BT. need 10 each.

We have about 40 windows we need all types of parts

Please help identify which channel balance I need. 36C BSI is stamped on it. Some say 36B. Is the coil a seperate part?

I need the balance and the part at the bottom / see pictures balance 36c pg bsi and lock 4610106 or 4610108 ? I cannot make out the part #

I ordered the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam previously and it does exactly work, the top will not slide around the pin in the spring. These are patriot windows. Only marking on chanel

My house was built by Ryan homes back in 2003 (I'm not the original owner). I have several windows with the above label (only markings I could find) that have broken channel balancers (with busted shoe as well). Trying to locate the appropriate parts.I suspect it may be a Series 795 Channel. I was t ... (cont.)

On the plastic piece there was a PAT # 5.737.877. I need something similiar that will work.

Windows will not open when I attempt to lift it up. Some of the window appears to have loose strings that connects to the channels

I have patriot windows. I've been told by a neighbor your 795 series should replace these balancers. The shoe has fallen off and cracked. This is a counterbalance for a mastic window, the length is 36 inches. The shoe comes to a point on the bottom side. it is an 1"-5/16on each side and in the middle It's an 1"3/8 long. It's an 1"1/4 wide and a 1/2" thick

I ordered a spring balance from your company, but the shoe on the bottom is not the right shape to fit the pins on my sash. Do you have the part with the different piece on the bottom? You probably can't read it but it says 36c on my current part. Anne Thank you
