The frame is bent a the bottom near the pivot lock shoe, Also there is a riot that hold the bottom of the spring near the pivot lock shoe that is also non operational and has pulled out. Looks like the S795-36 but has a stronger stamp option, 36F

I have a broken channel balance and tilt pin on a M&W 800 Series double hung window. I think the channel balance is the 36" Series 795 (36C), but I have not been able to identify the tilt pin on your web site. I am including pictures, please let me know if you have this part. I think this is your 11/4 T lock balance cam open shoe. Dimensions are the same as shown on the picture. Want to confirm I have the correct part. Have a double-hung wooden tilt-in window. Channel balances are 36" long, 1/2" wide. Stamp is 35D BSI FP.

My channel balance says 36B on it and at the bottom it has a small indent which prevented me from easily attaching the 1-1/4" T-lock balance shoe(15-195B). Do you sell the channel balance without the t-locks and that don't have the indent that fit the locks i already purchased?

Need new balancer shoes and the complete balancers for 30" and 36". The windows have a firm clip on bottom that goes into the indented balancer rod. I do not know how the window would go into your 30B or 36B without the indentation for the firm pin to slid into. Can you help or tell me who may sell ... (cont.)
