I have a block and tackle?36 inch metal piece that has a tapered in that allows you to put one side of window in at a time. I noticed that the new metal clock and tackle have no tapered (Or indented) grove at the end. How can I get the window anchors in? Is there a short video on this type install ... (cont.)

I have other identical windows I need to repair and I'm wondering if I can I use the S795-36 as those are only listed as 36" in length. Channel has BSIN tF 36C imprinted on it.T lock is 1 7/8" high, 1/2" wide at top and 1 1/4" wide at base.

Numbers on balancers are 30B and 36B which must be length. Please advise on what your part numbers are for just the shoe and the 30" and 36" balance so I can order replacements Thanks

This balance has broken in several places and needs to be completely replaced. The track is 36 inches long x 1/2 inch square. The spring is 20 inches long. I just bought a home and all of the balance springs, tilt rods, and tilt latches are garbage. All are broken so I am looking to revamp all 20+ windows in the home with new hardware.
