I need some window parts. To me the balance looks the same. This window is a little different than the others. It's curved at the top, but it's the only one with a label. Can you help with this?

Hi I am looking for the channel balance replacement parts for my double hung tilt windows. Based on your parts list, I believe the 770-26B could be the right parts for it. The sash weighs about 16.5lb. I have attached the pictures for your references.

I am ordering S-600 balances x 29" with blue tip. The pivot shoe is approximately 1-15/16" high x 15/16" wide x 9/16" thick. Can you help identify?Thank You Bill

This is an upper sash balance. Part number 5.737.877. The plastic part at the end of the rod is broken and does not stay in place.

The pivotshoe we took pictures of with measurements is broken. It's missing a metal piece where the spiral balance attaches to the pivotshoe. The picture of the one installed should be good as it still has the metal part. Could not find any name, numbers or markings on the pivotshoe, these are Don Y ... (cont.)

Jeldwen Windows, I cannot tell if these are 15-179 or something different. I noticed that for the dept dimension of 9/16" I had to measure the full depth of the shoe, which is more than the plastic housing. I also noticed the width is off by ~1/32. I was able to match the balance on the window to ... (cont.)
