39-286 Casement Window Handle, fits Andersen

Anderson left side casement window, arm looks like almost 10 inches long.

This is a crank assembly from an Anderson casement window in my bathroom. I'd like to be able to replace it. It's very stiff to open and close.

I can't see any identification on this part or window.

I am guessing year 2001. Arm moves. I think the part shown is faulty. When you crank the window open the the dial shown in photo doesn't move. Perhaps it is stripped? Please help. Thanks. PS Homeowner and handyman. Selling house ASAP. Thanks again.

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement Crank arm as well as an operator. I believe the crank arm (based on other posts) is your part number 39-286. The only identifiable part number on it is 60-C-7041-62.
