S380-34 34" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello, I have unknown brand windows in my home...but the 34" sash balances are marked "33 3 CO CALDWELL" The Sash are 34" wide x 35.5" high, and weight 20 lbs. Does that help identify which balance(s) I need? Maybe S330-34? Thank you

This is the balance and top/bottom clip set i need. I only need 1 pair for one bottom sash on a non-tilt single hung. I weighed the sash and it was 40lbs, and there is no stamp on the old damaged balance. Do i need to get a certain stamp or just order normal?

I need to replace a total of 18 channels, of three different sizes. I believe I have figured out what I need, but I would like to be sure. Attached are some pics of the top and bottom pieces. I am in need of 2 channel balances for a Gapco window. 1/2" X 34 It appears that your S380-34 is a match. However the stamp on the balancer reads 3390. I weighed the window sash - 32lbs. Will the S380-34 work? Daniel

Our channel balance is not working and appears it rusted. Can you confirm which one we need to order. Numbers stamped on it are 33 DS 33 (and maybe BS1 RO). It's 34" long. It looks like the Series 385 channel balance is the correct one?
