Hello, I have a lower pane that measures 35.5 wide and 28 high. The coil assembly is broken or missing Can you tell me which shoe and coil I need?

Spring numbers are 540 and 640

Can't seem to find one like this on your sight. I think there are more options but it's not giving me more options.

I need two of these spring balances. The spring seem okay but I guess we should get the entire unit. Thanks

Several balances are broken per the photos. There is no weight number on them. I also need the pins. The screw hole for that is 2 inches from the end of the pin per the photo. These are screwed to the frame through the middle of the spring. I estimate the sash to weight 15 lbs. I am very handy and c ... (cont.)

Hello. Have approx 10 windows that need sets of these.

Need a replacement for this part. Mine is broken and to replace the window woulds be very cumbersome since the fin is in the wall and exterior is stucco. No name on the window but this is the image and Google provided you're company on the search thank you

I know I need the plastic part but am unsure about the post that comes out of the side bottom of the hung window that fits into the plastic part. Also if you guys have a video on how to replace that.
