I'm looking for balances for our Metal Industries windows. Windows are from the early 90's, purchased from Hechingers. The channels are approximately 1-1/4" Wide and 9/16" deep. 1/2" wide Flat spring steel between the upper piece and the lower piece(pivot for tilt windows). Thanks for any help. Ken ... (cont.)

I have no idea what brand window this came out of. I know its a single hung tilt wash window. I need two of these. Cant find any numbers or lettering on it to help identify it. The plastic pivot lock shoe is snapping, causing the top windows to fall down and not go back up when the windows are unlatched. I can't find these replacement parts anywhere. Installed on a Certainteed/Mi Windows 1650 series.

Not sure if these parts are Millard or some generic vinyl window parts. I would like to replace all the attached parts including the 9 lb spring. Could you help me identify the part numbers
