15-182 Balance Bushing

This coil spring has a 9 stamped on it. I need the left and the right side. They both broke.

Trying to find something similar to this one. If you look close it has a 4 on one side and a 5 on the other.. We would definitely buy 2 if we figure out the correct one.

I have two windows that won't stay up and it appears the balance coil broke( the plastic piece). Believe I would need four sets (one on each side of the window). Seeing if you guys could perhaps help me figure out which parts I need

The balance spring has 540 on it and is 1/2" wide. I believe I need 540 s190 spring 15-180 bal. Shoe, 15-181 dbl support detent clip. Is that correct?

Windows are Certainteed Bryn Mawr III from approx 2009. The coil spring unit for the top window need replacement. Attached photo of part and ID number on the window. Look to replace both sides if we can determine what part will work. Thanks.

As you can see if you look close, both left and right pivots are broken at the bottom. They both need replacing, however I do not know which part will be the replacement if you have them? Please contact me thru email or directly by phone or text. Thank you.

This is a picture of the parts that I removed after the pivot shoe lock broke from the assembly. Can you help me order the replacement parts? There is a numer 5 stamped on the coil spring.Thank you.D. Brown

I'm trying to replace the coil balance in the attached photos. No markings, names or numbers that I can see. The one on the left is broken (pictures are from the unbroken one on the right side of the window). I suspect these are original to the windows (20+ years old). The window weighs ~15.4 lb ... The only marking on the balances was a 4 on the coil spring. These units are approximately 1-3/8"wide, 1/2" deep and 3-15/16 in height. These are installed on A-1 Wholesale double hung windows that are 27-1/4 x 56-1/4 inches in 10/15/2003. Several windows balances are not working and any help is ... (cont.)

Windows in house with about 30 or so are all the same and have no manufactures mark. House builr by Ryan Homes in South Carolina.
