Hello,I'm trying to find the replacement part for my window. See pic. All I know is the windows are 8500 series, if that means anything.The pic from one window but I have several others I'd like to replace. All my windows are the same. I also need the pivot shoe as well

Both coils are broken. I pulled one but it doesn't show the weight rating. I would like to replace the entire assembly on both sides (the windows were installed 25 years ago). We need to replace a coil spring. Please see attached photos. (The full coil is not shown in Photo IMG_2668 because part of it snapped off). The coil is stamped #832. See IMG_2672. There are absolutely no markings anywhere unfortunately. These windows are original and the house was built in 2001 by Maronda Homes in Carnegie, PA (Carnegie Highlands). I have double hung vinyl windows. The window to the lower/inside has single coil balances and upper/outside has double coil balances.
