Shoe is 1 28/32 long?..1 8/32 wide?.16/32 thick?..the sash wt is 14#. The single hung tilt sash is 29 1/2" high and 33" wide?the shoes are intact and working. Window is 24"height x 29"wide, weighs 14lbs 1 1/4" thick double pane vinyl window. A great many of these have failed, do you have anything to replace them?

When these windows were installed he said they were better built windows. Not sure if that helps. They were installed in 2005. I have 5 of these windows and all of the balances are broken. Let me know what else you need I know this isn't much to go on.
