The spring has 532 stamped in it. I need new balances for left and right side of window. The weight of one window sash is 10.6 lbs. Thank you for your assistance!

These windows were installed on a new construction home in 2012. The builder is McBride homes and the windows have "MI windows and doors sticker on them. I can easily replace this.

Several balances are broken per the photos. There is no weight number on them. I also need the pins. The screw hole for that is 2 inches from the end of the pin per the photo. I know I need the plastic part but am unsure about the post that comes out of the side bottom of the hung window that fits into the plastic part. Also if you guys have a video on how to replace that.
