I have a Regency Window (bought out by Window Nation in Cleveland OH). The window model is a Prestige. I looked at all the types of pivot shoes sold and I don't see this one. I need help. Says #9.0 35" stamped on it. Seems like series 195, 196 or 160.

Need help can't seem to identify this part in your lineup it would be great to have a double spring above it.

I need to find replacement parts for this broken balance assembly/pivot shoe. I do not know the history of this window but based on the label, it appears to be a Reliabilt 3900 series from Lowes, "double hung" tilt window (58" tall x 28"n wide) - top sash is fixed, only the bottom moves and tllts). ... The pivot is connected with both springs end only at one side. Both springs are hooked at one side of pivot.the other side of pivot is open.Is that is correct?

The window is 38" wide x 32' high and weighs 31 lbs. The spring is 1/2" wide. There is a plastic carrier with 3 balance springs on each side. IMG_4314 shows markings on spring. They are partially worn off. I could find no springs where some numbers were not worn off. These are supposed to be Milgard ... (cont.)

Weight of larger window is about 30 pounds and small window is about 27 pounds. There is one label with 13 on small window and 14 on larger window. I installed coil spring with purchased one at right and left side of window with code S140-14. But spring coil keeps going up when set at "U" shape. ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm trying to replace the coils on this window, one side had three coils I can see and the other had two. I would've removed all parts but will have to notch the window to get them out. So will do that when I have the parts

A rep asked me how thick is my shoe. It's a little less than a half inch. Thickness is .530 and the width is 1.209 and the sash height is 18 in.These windows are only about 12 years old I don't know why these shoes broke. One broke then the other one, together.Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

I am looking for the balance springs and covers for this Simonton single hung window. Also, the sliding latch that allows the lower sash to tilt.

Hi, I would like to buy replacement coil balance hardware for a Milgard double hung window. The coils for the upper sash broke as shown in the attached photos.
