I wanted to know the difference between the 160 and the 165 series. Total weight of window is 18 lbs

Good. Afternoon, I have hurricane windows. The right side sash hardware has failed. Something to do with the spring recoil is stuck. I. Hi, I am in need of help finding a replacement for my windows the coil system broke and the window is very heavy to lift. Can you please advise which part I need to purchase to replace. thank you, kate

Need both sides coil balances for a Pella single hung vinyl window manufactured May 2019. Please let me know if you can help? Thanks! Dave

Pivot and coil

Hello! I'm looking to replace this hardware for the left and right side of my construction grade Pella window. These are the parts that I took out. If you would have an upgrade kit that would be easier to install, I would welcome that.Thank you !Jim

These broke. I want replace all of them, they are doubles. I need twelve to start! And six singles for smaller windows.

Looking to replace either just the broken coil or all the parts. the broken coil has these numbers:5232208 to the left of where it broke and then as you can see in the photo it appears to read #9.0 35" P. I think I should replace the shoe, which I have in the "cart" already.

The white piece that has the coil wrapped around it normally says 9.0 The coil itself says 9K BD The little black piece has a 4 on it The metal post has 3 holes and says 2318 The clear piece with one hole in the center has an E on it Thabk you in advance, I really need your help. ... (cont.)

Hi. Appreciate some advice/guidance with regards to replacing/repairing two spring balance assemblies,removed from a plastic sliding sash window (the sash incidentally weighs approximately 55lbs). Greetings, I am in process of replacing my milgrad window coil and need some advice. The window coils broke down on both sides and i had replaced them in 2021. Apart from the coil i dont see any damaged to the pivot shoe or the support. I have used window coil with 9.0 lbs but i am not sure if its ... (cont.)

Attached are pictures of the coil balance for my window. These pictures are from my window that weighs 23lbs.
