I am looking for a spring for windows probably hung in 2003. There is a hook on one end and a circular section with "ears" on the other. First 3 pics show relevant parts inside metal casing. I am looking to order (2) S795-28 balances stamped with a 28C with the 15-198 hook attached.

Inscription: 28B 10 BSIN 28 1/16" length

Unfortunately I only have pictures of the shoe. 1/2 channel balance with square channel. Metal hook type top fixture. I need pricing for 6 with channel length of 33 and 8 with channel length of 27 Let me know if you have further questions.

I have original windows in our home built in 2008 that appear to be Millgard, however all the Millgard balances I find online look different than these and don't seem to have a pivot shoe. Need two balances for a Ply Gem 1500 series single hung tilt window. Balance has a clip at top, not a screw, and is stamped 32A. Would this match your Series 795 balance with a 15-198 hook attached? Did not see that type listed. Need two of them.

Need help identifying and ordering replacements for these balances. Total of 30 3/4" long, shoe is approximately 7/8' wide. Has a hook on the top string that goes into a notch at the top of the side jamb. Thanks, Mark

I have about 5 of the plastic T things broken and need to replace them. The balances look ok but the house is 11 years old and wonder if I need to get balances also. They are 33 inches long without the t-bar in. What do you recommend?

We have Pella ThermoStar Windows. The channels are failing at an alarming rate. They are vintage 2008. The channels have the hook at the top and have 26C stamped in them. Other question is how to we remove the sash lock?? Any help is greatly appreciated!
