Need channel balance 28.5 inches not including shoe/cam. Shoe is 1"wide x 1/2" thick- green - closed cam Clip is hook

Need help identifying and ordering replacements for these balances. Total of 30 3/4" long, shoe is approximately 7/8' wide. Has a hook on the top string that goes into a notch at the top of the side jamb. Thanks, Mark

I have about 5 of the plastic T things broken and need to replace them. The balances look ok but the house is 11 years old and wonder if I need to get balances also. They are 33 inches long without the t-bar in. What do you recommend?

Looking to order (2) S795-26 with a 26B stamp and 15-198 hook.

We have Pella ThermoStar Windows. The channels are failing at an alarming rate. They are vintage 2008. The channels have the hook at the top and have 26C stamped in them. Other question is how to we remove the sash lock?? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am trying to replace the spring balance and pivot block shoe for 3 single hung tilt-in windows. They are Atrium brand windows (or so I am told -- I cannot find a label). Here are some photos of a balancer that needs replacing. Please see if you can identify.

The only stamped marking on it are the letters "DB" sideways then "CO$" then "3200" The length is 32 and 3/4 inches and the width and depth is 5/8.
