I have included additional photos. I measured the metal channel end to end, excluding the end pieces and it is 32". It is marked 32C BS1. Hi there, I am pretty sure that I read another posting where this balancer would be a custom make. It's stamped with a 27B channel, and has some perhaps unique ends. I was hoping you folks could help me with a replacement balance. As you can see in the photos that I have sent it is a 32CBSI balance. Width is 9/16 inches and 1/2" deep. As you see in the photos it has a clip where the cord attaches towards the top of the window. Thanks, Mark

The reason I am ordering is because current balances are not strong enough and sashes are slightly slipping down when opening. I will need to replace with the next size from 32-B to 32 C and from 20 C to 20 D balances.
