I need the little gray part that attaches to balance.

Hi, I ordered a new shoe for this window block and tackle and I cannot make it fit. I'd like to replace the whole unit. Could you please suggest one? Thank You, Mike

I am looking at ordering your S795-27 F or G and have 2 additional questions: How do I determine if I need an open or closed Cam, and Mine have clips on the top as opposed to the screw. Can I order with the clips already attached to the balance?

Need some help I have tried ordering these parts locally and no one knows what we are talking about but the balance is a 34C I did manage to get those ordered in correctly but the T Lock Shoes were too wide mine is 1" wide pat# 4610108 can you help me out with some shoes

On the back side is stamped 30b. Metal piece is 30 inches. Also note the hook at the top. The hook is inserted to the 1/4 inch hole at the top of the window channel. It is plain without the rib. Hello, I'm looking for a 33" Series 795 Channel Balance (33B) with the 15-198 Balance Clip already attached, as opposed to sold separately. I need the same thing for a 39" Channel Balance as well. Thank you for your help!

I have MW double hung windows that were installed in a new house in 2003 The plastic pully and pivot shoe both have broken and the spring is no longer attached. The pictures attached show the shoe, pulley and stamping on the balance. The shoe is 1". I also need the pivot post per the picture attach ... (cont.)

I ordered a shoe that matches what was previously installed but it doesn't fit into the balance. My current one seems to have a more narrow hook part (which is what broke) to fit. I looked at ordering new balances but mine have a hook at the top which I was unable to find...

Greetings, Purchased a 10yr old Ryan Homes and two of the window balances (one broken on each window) have broken cams in which the entire balance remains at the top of the window frame. I do not have holes to place the removal clips (sp?) so therefore, unsure on how to remove sashs to get balance ... (cont.)

Hello, this item arrived, and unfortunately it is not the right part. It is just a little bit thicker than the original and does not fit into the channel. I've attached a few pictures. This balance is marked 34b and measures 34 inches. The foot has pat # 4610108. The top clip doesn't have any markings Except for the top clip, it looks like a s795. I believe this was part of an atrium window.
