Hello, I am in need of replacing my channel balance after the cord snapped. I am having trouble locating the exact correct parts. I know my balance is stamped 32D J0 on the back and is not ribbed. Hello, I need this balance in 27" I'm pretty sure it's the series 795 but instead of the flat part on the top I need one with a hook and the T bar on the bottom.

parts are stamped 25D and 37D

Need to replace tilt balance. It is a Summit Vinyl window. The balance has a marking of 34B bsi on it. Measured 34"

I have a broken channel balance and tilt pin on a M&W 800 Series double hung window. I think the channel balance is the 36" Series 795 (36C), but I have not been able to identify the tilt pin on your web site. I am including pictures, please let me know if you have this part. Looking to get some parts for several windows in my house. Not sure what type shoes these are and the bar or tension rod. It is 34inches. The one picture shows a metal piece that broke off in the shoe that needs to be replaced. Could you help

the ends are 15-198 and the shoe cam is 15-194. I think it is a series 795 tlock. I thought I had ordered from you before. the imprint on the metal is 28D eBSI. need Two of these. I have the cam locks in the windows to keep them in line.

I am looking to purchase this balance with a 15-198 hook.

I could not find the same style on line. These are 27" long with a clip at the top. One window had 2-27C and the other window had a 27B & 27C.

Looking for two of the following replacements. Appears to be a 34C on the side. We would like to order 2 with SWISCO adding the hook to each. How do we order?

Are you saying the smaller 15-194 t-lock shoe and the 15-198 clip attachment can be use together to replace the old shoe s.679.000 (with a grove) ? If so can you send me a quote for 50 units Thanks, J

I am looking at ordering your S795-27 F or G and have 2 additional questions: How do I determine if I need an open or closed Cam, and Mine have clips on the top as opposed to the screw. Can I order with the clips already attached to the balance?
