This is a new discussion. I need a replacement Channel Balance for my tilt out double hung window. Attached are pictures of the broken channel balance. Balance bar broke

Hi, I am looking for the correct channel balance to purchase. The only marking on my current channel balance is 30C - I am guessing the 30" Series 795 Channel Balance is the correct item to purchase, but I would like to know for sure. Thank you!

29B BSI TO is stamped on my channel balance. The T-Locks are breaking. I need either new T-locks or new balances. T-locks look like an older style. The balance has a hook to connect to the window frame. Can you tell me what would be the right part?

Would like to order two new ones same as in photos

I'm writing in regards to order 941522 which I placed on 8/8. The channel balances work great, but the terminal clips are different from what I had before. As you can see in the attached image, I used picture hanging wire to attach the clip on yours to my old clip, so that I could avoid drilling hol ... (cont.)

I've included some photos. Do you have compatible replacement parts? The metal part of the balance is about 32.75" long from the top hook and 1/2" square. I couldn't get the pivots out.

We are in need of a pivot shoe, pivot bar and inverted link (not in picture because we don't have!)for a tilt balance. The balance has 29C stamped on it but we do not need the balance.

It looks like my T-lock is an older style that are not made anymore. The new one looks more robust in the area mine are failing, but unfortunately not backwards compatible. Can you get your S 795-14c channel balance with your 15-198 clip?

Looking to repair a window that has missing balance hardware. The bottom sash will lock in, but the balance is missing to provide tension moving it up and down. The vinyl window is 60" tall. Provided a photo of the existing hardware that the window secures to. What do I need? Thanks! ... (cont.)

My balances seem very similar to your 795 with the exception of a groove in the bottom of the channel and a hook on top as depicted in the attached pictures. I have many wiondows and my balances are primarily 33D and 25C. Hope you can help with my unusual balances. Thank you, Charles ... (cont.)
