I have a viking vinyl window and have the new balance but a stop clip the is in the window channel broke. The universal clip does not seem to work right. Is there an answer for this?

The part I'm replacing is 28" in length and has a hook-like arrangement at the top to fasten it into the sash. your photos and the parts I received [being returned] have a straight section which appears to have a screw to fasten it to the sash. number on part that is correct is 28C 6S1 [might be ... Here's a picture of a part from the side of my double-hung vinyl sash window. It is the same size as the one picture you sent 15-195 but it does not look like the picture you sent. I have multiple lengths 27b , 33c ,they all have the same Balance bottom. All my channels are ok. I just need Something that looks like my existing balance bottom in the pictures I sent. I will need a total of About 30 balance bottoms.

This is a LoE, single hung, insulated, dual pane, vinyl window. We do not know the manufacturer. Window does not go up or stay up. Window is 69 inches long, 34 1/2 inches wide. Cannot figure out who manufactured the windows. I have strings broken on 5 of these I can send more pictures. Looks alot like S795-32 ( I followed the link from a picture on lin because it looked likr mine). Only mine is 36" long not 32".

my balance has clip that fits in hole a top of window also has a spring with one string. it does have a stamped 26E. it should fit accept for clip,

We have a window that goes up but does not stay up, it just slams back down. We believe we need to replace the shoe or channel balance and shoe. I'm unable to find a similar shoe. Channel is 26" long 1/2" wide and tall The lock is 2 1/4 long 1 1/4 wide unlocked and 1 3/8 locked. It uses hook not a screw to attach to window.

I believe the window shoes need replacement because the part at the top of the shoe that hooks to the balance has broken and the balance retracted to the top of the window channel (hopefully I'm using the right terminology).
