I need two Take Out Clips for a Plygem 1115 Series Window. I found one on your site that is close but the size is different and there is not a hole to tie the guide string. (see picture) The OEM Clips are 3/4" long and 1/4" wide. But more importantly you tie the string through a hole in the cli ... (cont.)

I have attached 3 pics of my window block and tackle tilt assembly. The assembly is in great shape with the exception of the plastic piece on the end that rides in the window tract and allows the window to tilt. This unit is 32 inches in length. Thanks for your help in advance Art ... (cont.)

I have a 26C balance bar with a 1 inch T-Lock. The balance bar install is with a hook but I can't find the T-Lock to fit it.

I am not sure of the window brand. The builder was using Atrium around the time our home was built.....as well as another brand. This is a new discussion. I need a replacement Channel Balance for my tilt out double hung window. Attached are pictures of the broken channel balance. Balance bar broke

Hi, I am looking for the correct channel balance to purchase. The only marking on my current channel balance is 30C - I am guessing the 30" Series 795 Channel Balance is the correct item to purchase, but I would like to know for sure. Thank you!

29B BSI TO is stamped on my channel balance. The T-Locks are breaking. I need either new T-locks or new balances. T-locks look like an older style. The balance has a hook to connect to the window frame. Can you tell me what would be the right part?
