I know that this is a coil spring balance and shoe, but I can't tell what kind they are to properly order a replacement. The only issue was that the coil balance housing was broken. Shoe is fine, but i'm guessing that I would have to get the coil and shoe together? Could I just get the housing?Also, ... (cont.)

Simonton single opening window

The springs appear to be stainless and have 5# printed on them. The windows are SH vinyl in Nashville,TN and they do not have any name on them. The house was built in 2002 and these are new construction windows. There are 13 windows so i need 13 RH and 13 LH pieces. Thank you!

Hi, I need to replace the shoe / coil and cover for a Simonton Single Hung Window - the shoe has PAT NO. 5,704,165 on the back. Serial # on the inside of the frame is 0401142055 Can you please help out with the correct replacement parts? Thank you, JD

Not sure of brand, labels have worn away. Need replacement parts. The window has clean tilt but the tilt mechanism is built into the lock/open/clean on the window latch

I have MI windows. Series 380 DH; H-R25-47x73; AAMA NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97. They are double hung, each part can tilt inward for cleaning. It appears that both bottom (top window) plastic hinge parts are broken. Need both R and L ones.

The spring broke in the pivot shoe and top. The Windows are by Moss

I don't know if you have any triple coil retainers, but this has 35" 4lb. coils as in the photo. Ann help would be greatly appreciated..Thank you,Andrew

Good morning! I'd like to replace a broken coil spring unit and was hoping you know which replacement piece this is for the window? I could not find any markings but attached a photo of the part.

Spring is stamped with either a 6 or 9. Guessing that refers to the strength of the spring. Looking to replace both on a window where one of the bottom locking portion of the unit broke or separated from the spring unit above it.

The balances appear to be friction only units which lock into a channel. The pivits slide into a slot in the bottom
