26-378 3" Pivot Bar

Hello, I am looking for two pivot that broke in half. They fit in a Simonton Profinish Brickmould 600 Vinyl Double Hung Window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

These are about 6 years old the windows are from like a wallside or hansons.

Top window fell in place braking the pivot bar. Held in by one screw. Looks about 3" long with "shoulder tabs" to stop it from going in totally. Which one of your stocked pivot bars would work?

This looks similar to part 26-272 but not quite the right spacing on the far hole. Do you have a part that might replace this? Thank you! Dave

Pivot is 3" long, 1/4" wide, 3/32" in height, head is 1/2" by 1/2". Attached are all the markings I could find on the window. There are no markings on the pivot.Sorry it's almost 3/16" in height.

I also need the cover for the coils. It says #5 with the pattern number on it, the one in the picture. The second coil is a copper color and they attach to the pivot shoe. I sadly need the coils, pivot shoe, and the picot

As per my measurement, it's a 3" pivot

My fireman window when pulled out to clean does not slide evenly. It appears the plastic slide is cracked and no longer connected to the actual window. It just stays in the track and does not move. Both of my big windows are currently having the same issue. Please help

my son broke both tilt lock pieces on one window. everything still works but i would like to replace them. included label of window. he also broke whatever keeps the window up when you open it, on another window, see pics image1,2,3. much obliged if you could help ID the parts needed. kids are ha ... I'm in need of a pivot bar that is 2 3/4 long. With the screw holes from the bottom being 5/16 and 1 5/16. Which one would you recommend?

Good afternoon, trying to find this part or its replacement(s). They are Traco windows, however I am not sure of the parts as I did not see any part numbers? Was told it was a window balancer. This makes sense as it appears to be a coil spring used to keep the window stationary when raised (lower) ... (cont.)

Roger,Thank you for providing us with the measurements of your current bar. Would it be possible for you to also measure the distance from the center hole to the bottom? This will help us better identify the replacement part you need.

The balances appear to be friction only units which lock into a channel. The pivits slide into a slot in the bottom

Hello, From what I can gather from the AAMA sticker, the window is a Better Bilt 360 Series. The broken part is this metal retaining thing that slides inside a track of sorts on the right side of the window. With the part broken, the window does not want to stay in the track. Thanks! ... (cont.)
