Roger,Thank you for providing us with the measurements of your current bar. Would it be possible for you to also measure the distance from the center hole to the bottom? This will help us better identify the replacement part you need.

The balances appear to be friction only units which lock into a channel. The pivits slide into a slot in the bottom

Hello, From what I can gather from the AAMA sticker, the window is a Better Bilt 360 Series. The broken part is this metal retaining thing that slides inside a track of sorts on the right side of the window. With the part broken, the window does not want to stay in the track. Thanks! ... (cont.)

In need of the metal post that is screwed in to the bottom of the window (picture shows good side of window. Other side broke off) as well as the slide block, coils (looks like dual coils) and cover. Need a coil sash and the T-bar connector for a Simonton single hung window

There is a t shaped bar at the bottom of the window that goes into the slid on the frame. I need 4 new ones as 2 of my windows have broken the part. There is one of them on each lower side of the window. Thank you.

The photo attached is the bracket fixed in the bottom of the window and attaches to the sliding shoe in the window frame. It is 2-1/2" long X 5/16" X 3/16"

Can you confirm that T Pivot bar 26-452 would be a suitable replacement for my pivot bar? Mine appears to be the length and screw hole distance as 26-358. The only variation I see is that the "T" on this part you have pictured looks more rounded, while mine has a "flat head"....shaped more like y ... (cont.)

I am needing these replacement parts. Is this enough information to be able to determine what parts that are need? I have a customer needing a coil spring (5232208) that is 3/8" wide. One for a 4 lb x 35" window. And one for a 5lb x 35" window.

The coils and the part that goes into window say 4 on all. The parts that go into the window both broke. The pat no on the shoe says 5.704.165.

This broke and came out of the Window i need 4 of them, can you help?
