S385-14 14" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hello looking for a prompt response. The metal Chanel measures 14" not including any end clips

There are the following written on this piece 1320HG B.S.I. , the other piece is destroyed. They go on each side of the lower window to allow it to open and close. There is not any way I can identify what type of window (who manufactured it but am including a picture for you.

String broke on channel Balance. Marked 1310 BSI or BS1 - ends pictured as below. Would like to purchase set of both left and right sides. Located at zip 95709. Thank you. Lee

On the window balancer (see photo attached) reads "13 3 ER CALDWELL" The metal part measure 14 inches, both the top and bottom has wings (wing length 15/16 inch). Top part height measures 1 1/4 inches, bottom height measures 1 1/16 inches and depth measures 1 1/16 inches including wings and 1 inch ... (cont.)

Based on your website info, I think I need to order the 14" Series 380 Channel Balance with option 1350. This is product code 5380-14. My slider window weighs 13.3 lbs. Hi, The thread in a channel balance snapped and the balance fell out of the window frame. The attached photos show the number printed on the channel balance, the top guide and the bottom shoe. I ordered two S385-14:14"Series 385 (Option:1320). The length is correct. But after installing, the window (a small one) keeps sliding down half way closed and will not stay all open all the way and hold the position higher. Did I choose the wrong Option #?
