I have a non-tilting window with 2 channel balances. Looking for replacement balances. 1/2" wide metal part 25" long marking on the balance says "2490 2P" or "249O 2P" 2 pics of each end attached, top view and side view, plus pic of marking. Thank you for your assistance!

I purchased this home 28 years ago. These windows were already here two of the windows go up and down, but The Channel balances have fallen out and have to hold the window up with a piece of wood. I know these can be repaired. I am just a homeowner but I am handy. Would love to be able to fix them ... (cont.)

I need one of these for a single hung Milgard Style Line window.

I went to open one of our windows at the cottage and one side of the spring assembly broke. The spring unit is a Unique 24-D-40. Over all length of the assembly is 26" end to end as per the picture. Hi there. I bought this home about 15 yrs ago and used this room as storage. We are doing some remodeling and notice the windows don't stay up. The balances weren't attached to anything.
