I have Nuair windows and they all need new balances and the top plastic piece that is on the top of each side of the window, there are 6 windows. I would like to order a pair of window balances for a Windowmaster double hung window. It is stamped 2440. I can't seem to find a top end that looks like the one on my balance on yours or any other website any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Doug

Hello: One of my windows needs a channel balance replaced, although I suspect I need the pair. Markings on the piece is: 24 3 LP Caldwell, and it measures 25" long (metal body only) and 1/2" wide. Non tilting window. I think this a series 380- the balance measures 24 inches long and the top definitely looks a 19-005. I wasn't as sure about the 15-005. I hoped you could confirm.

Top of the window bungee connects to plastic bracket. This bracket is broken. Bungee will not hold on any longer. Where can I get this bracket. Two on each window top left and fight side.

I need to know what is the best way to identify the channel balance that I would need to replace the existing, the 2810 number is not a part number.
