Hello, I have a Mercer window and need to replace the broken window balance. Can you please help me identify the correct part number? Thank you.

I'm looking for a suitable replacement for this window balance. It measures 27" long (end-to-end of the metal frame only), 9/16" wide, and about 5/8" deep. The only markings read as follows: "(03/9) UNIQUE 26-E-50." Thanks for the help!

My Milgard window sash is difficult to lift open and slides back down when I let go of it. I suspect the channel balances need replacement, although I don't see any obvious problems with them. I'm pretty sure I need Product Code S385-27 2630 *; but want to be certain before ordering. Sash weighs 18 lbs. Metal channel is 27". Shoe is 1 3/32" deep. Hello Are you able to assist with locating the correct balance and components for the photos attached? One balance has the number 2640 and it is 27" long and 3/4 wide. The clear plastic thing is about 5/8" wide, 6/8" in height. 1.5" length. Let me know if you need additional photos measurement ... (cont.)

Please help confirm channel ID! It's stamped 2640, measures 27" and 9/16 wide. I'm leaning towards: 27" Series 380 Channel Balance (Product Code: S380-27) with the 19-005 top and 15-005 (1" deep) bottom fittings. Thank you!

Hi Looking for 2 window balancers marked 26-4 HA2 CMC 24. It measures from metal end to metal end 27 inches. The metal is 1/2 inch wide.

It has the numbers 27" 40lbs. One of the pictures it shows a shoe that needs to be on the end of the balancer.
