S385-31 31" Series 385 Channel Balance

Most of the parts for this model match my original with exception to the toe. The picture shows the difference between the 2 pieces. S385-31 doesn't seem to be an option. How do I get the same toe on the NEW part as my original?

Hello, I need assistance identifying the correct replacement counter balance. I will nee 10 of them after I have successfully identified them. Please let me know if you need further info. On the side of one of the counter balances is says "30 3 cn caldwell" Thanks, Joel

I'm not sure which stamp option I should choose. I'm pretty sure I need the 27" S380. The only stamp I could see was 3030. The windows are double pane and weigh 18lbs ea. I have four of them and all are difficult to open and harder to close.Thanks.Terry

Have 9 windows with these balances. Several of them have broken shoes (photos attached) that I would like to replace. If possible only replacement balance shoes are needed. Believe the windows are what is now PlyGem but were build in 1994 per engravings inside window panes.

Hello I just had a question regarding what part I need, I am unsure of what option to to pick based off of what we removed. I attached 3 photos of the part we removed. On the part it says 30 4 B.S.I 0L. The metal part we removed is 31'. Just wondering if you can help me understand the option numbers ... (cont.)

Channel balance is non-tilting, 1/2 inch wide, 31 inches long. See photos.

It is a radco window. series 1600 plus. H-R35-48x99. aama /nwwda 101/ I.s. 2-97. is the only sticker on the window. I do not know what parts I need nor do I know how to figure out what part I need ? The window lifts up but will not stay up . it is a dual pane hng window.

Could you please help us what we need. I know the Channel Balance is broken and the top plastic piece in the window is broken. I have pictures of what I need.
