S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

Need help identifying the proper model to replace broken non tilt sliding window balancers. String seems to be disengaged and is stuck. Track measures 33inches. Attached photos include different angles of both ends of unique nylon fittings

I think I need a 385 Series based on the fact that these are winged. I measured the length and it is 33 inches (see photo). however the staming on the old part is "32" 3 KP Caldwell (see photo). I am inclined to get the 33 inch length. What do you think?

These are non-tilt windows with channel balances. Window weight is 20 pounds. Mental ONLY length is 33 inches. Pictures attached. Please advise if you need any additional information.
